Our Life, Our Journey
Being a prior military family of 14 years, we have mastered discipline, hard work, honesty, and commitment. We understand the importance of love and family. Having faith in the mist of the unknown and taking leaps of faith.
After our military life chapter had closed, we needed a new life. We had backyard chickens and we truly enjoyed them so we decided to turn our little flock into a much bigger one.
Over the years grocery shopping. Buying all kinds of cuts of chicken, we noticed the quality and quantity didn’t match up anymore. Hormones and additives were not sitting well with our systems. Learning all these things were hard for our bodies to digest, we decided to raise free range, never given additives , happy chickens.

Our Story
Emily and Chris were born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. A few years after high school Chris enlisted in the Navy, married Emily, we spent 14 years in the service of our country. During that time we were blessed with Lillian and Vincent. They are two amazing kids that have blessed us every step of the way.
As they say in the Navy, Honor, Courage and Commitment. As a family we have mastered these things. These are core values our family holds close.
While living in Virginia, we had back yard chickens and our family gained a deep appreciation for clean food and healthy living. Not to mention happy little chickens running free.
After leaving the military in 2022, God pointed us to a little place called Catawissa, PA. We took a leap of faith and set our roots in the mountains of central PA.
Our hope is that our little farm will bless our children with skills and experience not taught in school. The ability to tend to animals with love and care. That way, we can bring joy and happiness to those we serve. We will graciously honor our commitment to serving our community with the upmost happiest mountain top chickens.
